Delivery Within Dubai
If your item is already in stock in Dubai, we deliver within 2-3 business days. Otherwise, it needs to come from elsewhere in the UAE, which normally takes 5-7 working days. Due to reduced flight capacity into the UAE at the moment, this can currently extend to 7-10 days. We will confirm your expected delivery window before you pay.
Delivery to GCC Countries
We currently ship to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and Qatar. We do not offer international shipping outside the GCC.
Delivery times for GCC orders depend on the courier used. Major courier services typically deliver in 3-4 days, while Emirates Post takes 7-10 days. You choose the courier that best fits your budget and timeline, as explained below.

Because we work with multiple couriers, we check rates with a few different providers for your order. These options are shared with you before you pay, so you can choose the courier that suits you best. This lets you weigh cost against how quickly you need the item. Once you confirm your choice, you pay for the product and shipping together in a single payment, already knowing your delivery timeline.
Local Pickup
Prefer to collect your order yourself? Local pickup is available from our warehouse in Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai. Let us know at checkout or when confirming your order if you would like to arrange pickup instead of delivery.
Delays and Order Updates
Occasionally, a courier delay is unavoidable. If this happens, we will contact you directly via WhatsApp and/or email. This keeps you updated on the current status of your order at all times.
