At City Beach it is very easy to return or exchange the purchased product. All you have to provide is a proof of the purchase. Either the tax invoice or purchase receipt. After proper analysis of your item, we will approve the exchange. One thing to keep in mind is that the returning item needs to be within the actual packaging and must be able to be resold.
