- Return Eligibility and Time frame: 1.1. You have a period of 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or refund request. 1.2. To be eligible for a return or refund, the item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. 1.3. Certain items, such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and personalized or custom-made products, are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective.
- Return Process: 2.1. To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team at support@citybeach.ae or 00971585549098. Provide your order details, including the order number and item(s) you wish to return. 2.2. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if your request is eligible. 2.3. Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package. 2.4 Fees: For any defective, damaged or faulty products Citybeach pays the shipping fees and return of item cost. If Customer decides they no longer want the product, changed their mind, size did not fit the shipping fees is their sole responsibility. They can either mail the product or deliver it to our warehouse.
- Refund Process: 3.1. Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. 3.2. If the returned item(s) are deemed eligible for a refund, we will process your refund within 15 days of receiving the item(s). 3.3. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. If this is not possible, we will offer store credit as an alternative. 3.4. Please note that shipping fees, customs duties, and other additional charges are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: 4.1. We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
- Damaged or Defective Items: 5.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately upon receipt. 5.2. We may request supporting evidence, such as photographs or a detailed description, to assist us in assessing the damage or defect. 5.3. If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
- Cancellation Policy: 6.1. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. 6.2. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a refund. However, if the order has already been shipped, the standard return process outlined above will apply.
- UAE Consumer Rights: 7.1. Our return and refund policy is in accordance with the UAE Consumer Protection Laws. 7.2. These policies do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
