You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Just provide proof of purchase, your tax invoice or purchase receipt, and get in touch with us. Once we’ve reviewed the item, we’ll approve the exchange. The item needs to be in its original packaging and in resellable condition.

Refunds for card payments are credited back in full, minus a AED 15 shipping deduction. For orders paid by Cash on Delivery, we’ll issue a store credit coupon for the full purchase value, valid for 15 days.
